The moon can help with every diet.
Not only the moon calendar has good pieces of advice how to remain slim or become slim.
You can find some remarkable suggestions in the book of Mireille Guiliano: "French Women Don't Get Fat - The Secret of Eating for Pleasure". She offers hints for loosing weight respectively keeping weight, which allow at the same time to enjoy life - beyond dieting.
Here some suggestions:
Enjoy: Eat several courses, but only small quantities.
Keep healthy drinking water all day.
Keep moving even if you don't have to (for example because you could use the lift or escalator).
Eat a lot of vegetables and fruit (best in untreated condition)
Enjoy "little sins" like chocolate, cheese or pastry. But do not gorge, but savor.
Do not follow slavishly general diets and instructions, for everybody has to subsist differently.
Eat three times daily, but not all the time (except fruit or a big glass of water).
Never eat standing.
Cook for yourself several times a week, so that you don't forget the taste of fresh food.
Make every meal a small feast with a nice tablecloth, servicing etc.
Eat diversely, for "culinary boredom" leads to unhealthy eating.
Not the abstinence of pleasure is the solution but pleasure to scale.
Pleasure means: less is more. For example two spoons of desert are enough to enjoy. Those who enjoy the seductive to scale will not develop a ravenous appetite.
